What is a digital loyalty program?

A digital loyalty program replaces paper stamp cards with a card that lives on the customer’s phone. In Oman, a customer joins by giving their phone number at the till, receives a wallet pass, and collects a stamp on every visit until they earn a reward. The business sees who is a regular, who has stopped coming, and can message them to come back.

What does it cost to run a loyalty program in Oman?
Plans are priced per month in your own currency and include a set number of Wallet Members and locations, with extra capacity available without changing plan. Every plan includes Nudge AI. See the pricing section for the current figures — they are not repeated here, so this answer can never disagree with what you are actually charged.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers join with their phone number and the card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or opened as a web page. There is nothing to install.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The customer card, the join page and the merchant dashboard all run fully in Arabic with right-to-left layout, and campaigns are written in both Arabic and English.
How long until it shows results?
Most businesses see a measurable change in repeat-visit rate within 60 to 90 days, provided the reward is reachable within about six to eight weeks of normal visits.

Built for hospitality, not adapted to it

Retention looks different across a hotel lobby and a café counter. Both are here, and they are not the same product dressed twice.

What you get

Six things, each of which answers a question you would ask before paying for this.

Loyalty programs

Stamps for a fixed item, points for a variable bill. One programme per brand, set up in a few minutes, changed later without resetting anyone who already collected. Enrolment at the till is a phone number and nothing else — no app, no email, no account.

Digital wallet

The card saves into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and updates itself after every visit, so it sits beside the boarding passes rather than inside an app nobody opens. It also works as a plain web page for anyone who would rather not save anything.

Nudge AI — your AI guest retention manager

Every customer is scored daily on how likely they are to drift away, based on their own visit pattern rather than a fixed 30-day rule — a fortnightly regular and a monthly one are overdue at different times. The dashboard shows who is slipping and the reasoning behind it.

Campaigns and automations

Win-backs, birthdays and reward reminders that send themselves on a trigger rather than when someone remembers. The AI drafts the wording in Gulf Arabic or English so it does not read like a template, and you approve before anything sends.

Guest intelligence and analytics

Repeat rate, visits, rewards claimed, and how many customers have gone quiet — on the dashboard, from your own data. No industry benchmarks invented to make the numbers look better than they are.

Multi-property and multi-outlet

A group runs several brands and branches under one login, each with its own programme, reward and staff. Branches of one brand share a guest list; separate brands keep separate ones, on purpose — a hotel guest should not be handed the cafe's card. Staff get their own PIN sessions and only the permissions their role needs.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best loyalty program software for a café in Oman?
The best loyalty software for a café in Oman is one that enrols customers by phone number at the till, works in Arabic as well as English, and does not require the customer to download an app. Most international loyalty platforms are English-only and priced in dollars; a program built for Oman prices in rial and handles right-to-left Arabic properly.
How many stamps should a loyalty card require?
Between 8 and 10 stamps works best for a daily café, and 5 or 6 where visits are monthly rather than daily — a fine-dining room, a resort. The rule is to pick a target a regular can reach in six to eight weeks. Set it higher and people give up before the first reward; set it lower and you give away margin you did not need to.
Is a digital loyalty card better than a paper stamp card?
Yes, for three reasons: a digital card cannot be lost or forged, it tells you who your customers actually are, and it lets you message customers who have stopped visiting. A paper card gives you none of that — once it leaves the counter you know nothing.
Does this comply with Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law?
The software captures explicit marketing consent at the moment a customer joins, stores the consent timestamp, and excludes anyone who has not opted in from campaign audiences. Oman’s PDPL requires consent for direct marketing, so consent is built into the enrolment flow rather than assumed. You remain the data controller for your customers’ data.
Can I use it across more than one branch?
Yes. Customers keep one card across all your branches, and staff at any location can award stamps and redeem rewards. Each plan includes a number of locations, so adding a branch usually costs nothing until you outgrow the plan.
What happens to customer stamps if I cancel?
You can export your full customer list, including balances and visit history, as a CSV at any time. The data is yours.
How do customers who change their phone find their card?
The card is tied to their phone number, not the device. They re-open the join link, enter the same number, and land back on their existing card with their stamps intact.
Does it integrate with my POS?
Not yet in this version — staff look up the customer by phone number on a separate screen at checkout. POS integration is the natural next step and removes the second-device problem entirely.
